As an admin I am biased, but I do think the game community in Alliances at War is awesome. If you're looking for a fast game and a fun time playing in groups of friends, then this is the game for you.

Classic resembles utopia but has a much faster pace; normal actions take 4 hours and a normal age only lasts between 3 and 6 weeks. It is needed when killing and getting killed is so much easier, you need the short times to get back for another chance at the top spots. Highly recommended by someone who has played several of these strategy based games. Also check Orkfia II: Alliances At War for an alternative version without any game resets between the rounds, the universe is the same and most actions also take 4 hours.
