The Reincarnation is a massive multiplayer online game. You take up the role of an ancient mage, guiding your fantasy kingdom with the power of your magic and the strength of your armies. It is a game that requires 15 minutes day to play... but is so addictive you'll want to play all day! You will be able to interact with many other players from around the world. Some of them may become supporting allies, others will be competing opponents. Versions of this game have been around for over 10 years, starting with the original Archmage. This 'reincarnation' has been online since 2004. Use your skills, magic, and army to achieve the ultimate goal -- to become the most powerful mage in Terra!

The game is entirely free to play. It is run by volunteer developers and donations of players organised in guilds pay for server-upkeep costs only. It is up this way since 2004. NO Pay to Play NO Pay to Extras NO Advertisements

English is the main language. Translation only affects the interface - you can play in turkish against an opponent who plays in English. Very few players actually use the translated interface, but you can choose to play the game in alternative language.

The game is kept in permanent beta. Active development takes plays on a dedicated server. All other servers run stable versions of the game. Recoded from scratch by fans after the original game www.archmage.com / www.magewar.com. Archmage was originally ran by Korean webcompagny MARI (1997-2003). In 2002-2003, MARI went bankrupt and pulled the plugs from the last remaining game servers and forums. The game is up since 2004. Since 2004, many micro changes in the game rules, units, gameplay and interface have been implemented.
